Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 -10 working days and delivery/self-collection confirmation will be sent via e-mail confirmation once the order is to be processed, along with the relevant waybill details if applicable.

The provision of goods and services by Efficient Express is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Efficient Express will credit the client in full within 30 days via a credit amount on the online store or via refund to a valid bank account in the name of the client (proof may be required). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Returns will be accepted within 14 working days if goods are unused and in original packaging, undamaged, same process applies as the refund policy. If appropriate – provide details regarding damaged/unwanted/returned goods.
